What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality PTA care following PT-developed plans of care

  • Provide individualized 1:1 treatments across diverse patient populations

  • Assist with vestibular, neuro, and balance programs

  • Utilize our AI documentation tools to complete accurate, timely notes

  • Communicate clearly with PTs, patients, and the care team

  • Maintain a positive, patient-centered environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed PTA in the state of Ohio

  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

  • Comfortable with fast-growing, innovative clinic environments

  • Interest in vestibular/neuro/balance is a plus (training provided!)

  • Team player with a passion for patient success

About FYZICAL Mentor

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a national leader in physical therapy and balance care. Our Mentor, OH location provides 1-on-1 treatment, advanced vestibular services, and a highly collaborative clinical culture.

Responsibilities

  • Help the PT in all aspects of patient care
  • Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises
  • Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes
  • Provide patients with needed continued care information
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management
  • Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by Physical Therapist
  • Keep Physical Therapist up-to-date on changes in patient progress
  • Help measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
  • Up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license
