This highly motivated individual will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, collaborating closely with our staff, community, and local healthcare professionals to create a positive and lasting impact in our neighborhood. Responsibilities

• Help the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care
• Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises
• Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes
• Provide patients with needed continued care information
• Keep timely documentation and notes
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
• Support a 1:1 patient care model focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program (accredited)
• Connecticut PTA license
