About the Job

If you’re a pelvic floor wizard who loves helping people through some of the most personal, vulnerable, and life-changing chapters of their lives — welcome home.

At FYZICAL Rockrimmon, we believe pelvic health deserves time, trust, and top-tier care, not rushed visits or conveyor-belt scheduling. We’re a family-run clinic that blends clinical excellence with human connection, where laughter in the hallways is just as common as meaningful patient breakthroughs.

Our pelvic floor patients actually want to come in for therapy — because they feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • True 1:1 patient care: No double-booking, ever. Pelvic health done the right way.

  • Fun, uplifting culture: Because doing meaningful work shouldn’t feel heavy all the time.

  • Bright, modern facility: Calm, private, welcoming spaces for sensitive care.

  • Generous paid time off: We practice the balance we preach.

  • Triple the CEU opportunities: Pelvic health education is actively encouraged and supported.

  • Family-owned and operated: Backed by the powerful resources of a national brand.

  • Your voice matters: Decisions are made collaboratively, not corporately.

  • Customizable compensation packages: Tailored based on what matters most to you.

The "Why" Matters

Our owner, Lindsey, was introduced to the world of rehabilitation after her daughter, Lynna, was diagnosed at six weeks old with a rare deafblind syndrome. After hundreds of therapy sessions, Lynna walked at age four and continues therapy today.

That journey shaped everything about FYZICAL Rockrimmon — a clinic built by patients, for patients, with deep respect for clinicians who do meaningful, often emotionally demanding work. Pelvic health fits naturally into that mission: thoughtful care, time to listen, and outcomes that truly change lives.

Leadership Philosophy

  • What’s best for the patient is best for the business. Always.

  • We foster a culture of fun, accountability, humility, and growth. We admit mistakes, extend grace, avoid micromanagement, and believe autonomy comes from clear communication — not pressure.

  • We invest heavily in education, collaboration, and clinician well-being, and we’re genuinely grateful to be growing our pelvic health team.

FYZICAL Rockrimmon Core Values

  • What is best for the business is best for the patient

  • Dreams don’t work unless you do — humble, hungry, smart

  • Strong individuals make strong teams

  • “That’s not my job” doesn’t live here — it takes a whole orchestra

  • Clarity is kindness

Ownership Core Values

  • What is best for the business is best for the patient

  • Fall down seven times. Stand up eight.

  • Get in the foxhole with your people

  • Help others get what they want — Zig Ziglar

  • Buy-in requires feedback — and action

  • You get the support of a nationally respected brand — without being lost in a corporate system. Decisions are made right here, by people who know your name and value your expertise.

Summary of Real Work Duties
