Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
 Front Desk & Patient Experience:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
  • Schedule appointments, handle incoming & outgoing calls
  • Coordinate activities of third-party billing companies
  • Input and update new patient data into our system
  • Track and manage all referrals to ensure proper follow-up and conversion
  • Act as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff — delivering clear, compassionate communication
  • Support patient flow and clinic organization in a fast-paced setting
 Marketing & Community Outreach:
  • Analyze referral data and support targeted marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement outreach plans to build relationships with local physicians and businesses
  • Represent FYZICAL in the community and at events within a 5-mile radius
  • Collaborate with provider offices, behavioral health partners, and care coordinators
  • Help execute lead tracking and campaign performance monitoring

Skills & Qualifications

  • Who We're Looking For
    • Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
    • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and CRM-like tools
    • Able to manage both clinical front desk responsibilities and community outreach efforts
    • Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain 
    • Up-to-date DL and a dependable vehicle
    • Excellent at handling details, communicating and multitasking
