Why You’ll Love This Job
Are you a PTA who loves getting to know your patients, celebrating their wins, and helping them get back to doing what they love? We’re a locally owned physical therapy clinic in Fort Smith, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who cares deeply about people—not just productivity numbers.
In our clinic, patients aren’t rushed through appointments. We take the time to build real relationships, create thoughtful rehab plans, and guide people through meaningful recovery so they can live their best lives. You’ll work closely with experienced Physical Therapists in a supportive, team-oriented environment where collaboration, learning, and mutual respect matter.
As a PTA here, you’ll play an important, hands-on role in helping patients move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in their bodies. Our patients are grateful, motivated, and invested in their care—and they’ll know you by name.
We use modern equipment and evidence-based techniques, but we never lose sight of what matters most: listening to our patients and meeting them where they are. You’ll have the freedom to treat creatively and intentionally, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Continuing education and professional growth are encouraged, and your voice is valued as part of our team.
We offer competitive pay, a positive work culture, and the chance to be part of a clinic that truly cares—about its patients and its people.
If you’re looking for a place where your work has purpose and your relationships matter, we’d love to meet you.
Apply today and come grow with us.
