What we offer:
- Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Productivity and performance bonuses
- 3 weeks of PTO

Your Impact:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based interventions and track measurable outcomes
- Educate and empower patients to continue care independently
- Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and administrative team members
- Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care with a focus on vestibular, balance, and fall-prevention programs
- Bring creativity and curiosity to the practice—help shape how we grow and serve our community
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Colorado PT license
- Certification (or interest) in dry needling
- Passion for treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk conditions
- Independent and collaborative work ethic
- Spanish fluency a strong plus, but not required
