The FYZICIAN Liaison is a brand ambassador to the community who will call upon local physicians in order to
build a relationship and prospect referral leads in order to grow the patient referral base. This position is
essentially a combination of sales and public relations through strategically promoting the clinics services and
treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. The FYZICIAN Liaison is responsible for
overseeing a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics. Locations are on a predetermined route
and on a scheduled rotation.

The FYZICIAN Liaison is critical for the success of a clinic. The FYZICIAN Liaison not only strives to increase
patient referrals, and to strengthen relationships with providers and their staff, but as a patient facing
representative provides valuable customer service. The FYZICIAN Liaison works to cultivate positive, open
and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff and providers alike while managing
feedback and strengthening our reputation. The Liaison is essentially the glue between our clinics and the
referring offices.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external
referral streams.
• Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship building and marketing plans to meet goals.
• Must exhibit excellent time management skills, organization and communication skills and thrive in a
fast paced environment.
• Analyzing referral date, checking DMR daily, facilitating marketing campaigns.
• Ability to use certain templates and programs including, but not limited to, Google Sheets and a
Mileage Tracker.
• Develops strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
• Works collaboratively with other system functions that interact with physician offices, including hospital
medical affairs, referral, provider recruitment, and provider resources.
• Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff,
including routine or follow-up visits, emails and phone calls.
• Uses research-based methods and implements strategies to build awareness and trust.
• Identifies referral sources (target audiences).

EXPECTED WORK HOURS
Monday through Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. Some night and weekend work may be required, falling outside of
standard work hours, to attend special events.

Skills & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or Healthcare preferred.
Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing work.
Environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
Valid Driver’s License as daily driving is a job requirement.
Must provide own vehicle, however mileage reimbursement will be covered.

  • Fair Pay. You can expect to be compensated between $70,000-75,000 annually, depending on your experience level. After 12 months of learning and applying yourself, your performance will be considered for additional compensation in the form 23of performance bonuses.   • Fair Hours. You will be generally expected to see patients an average of 8 hours a day.

  • Fair Patient Load. You will be generally expected to see a maximum average patient load of only 12 patients per day.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams 
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations 
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date 
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress 
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care 
  • Examine and evaluate new patients 
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity 
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame 
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises 
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness 
  • Educate the patient on continuing care 
  • Participate in public events such as medical fairs including presentation of balance knowledge 
  • Communicate with referring and potentially referring physicians 

Skills & Qualifications

Physical Therapist Skills, Education, Licensure:

  • Accredited PT program graduate 
  • Up-to-date state PT license 
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans 
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
  • Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues 
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in CO 
  • Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting 
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn 
  • Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population 
  • Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience 
  • Completion of Fyzical’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum by first week prior to your first day in clinic.
