Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, and community organizations to drive patient referrals.
- Implement targeted outreach and marketing plans to promote Fyzical’s services and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct regular visits, calls, and meetings with referring providers and their staff to maintain engagement and address needs.
- Track and analyze referral trends using DMR and other tracking tools to optimize strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging research-based methods to enhance provider trust and awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff, hospital affiliates, and provider relations, to ensure seamless patient referrals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referring offices, gathering feedback and addressing concerns to improve service and reputation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Experience in sales, marketing, physician relations, or medical communications is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and referral tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (Wilmington & Newark, DE area).
