You can expect to be compensated between $80,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on your experience level. Maximum average patient load of only 12 patients per day. Opportunity to earn more than your salary with performance bonus’s & profit share program.

As for education, Fyzical provides certifications in balance and vestibular therapy as well as orthopedics. Studies can be done virtually, in person or through our unique Fyzical College. You will be expected to have completed our Balance Level 1 certification prior to starting work on your first day so you will feel competent to treat one of our most vulnerable populations. Other balance and vestibular certifications will be made available and you will be expected to participate in regular continued education through Fyzical to be on top of your game!

Fyzical offers a sign on bonus and will contribute towards moving expenses with a minimum commitment of two years.

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams

  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on patients activity

  • Review patient records, strategize, create and carry out treatment plans taking into consideration all patient data available

  • Establish the care plan goal and time frame & measure and track intervention effectiveness, adjust as necessary

  • Leverage FYZICAL’s consultants, PT leadership & specialists as needed or when desired for treatment challenges

  • Educate the patient on continuing care

  • Assist with referral source networking; doctors & community groups we serve

  • Assist with Interviewing and hiring for clinical & non-clinical talent

  • Set up & maintain EMR, assist with training new employees on workflows

  • Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in collaboration with Customer Care Specialist

  • Assure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments

  • Supervision of PTs & PTAs including the delegation and supervision of patient care & non-patient care activities in accordance with employee skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Practice Act

  • Oversee, orient and instruct assistants, technicians and student job assignments/activities

  • Give lectures; provide PT and related training for in-house staff and outside groups

  • Provide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility

  • Learn & understand vital statistics (metrics) of the clinic

  • Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries

  • Analyze and organize the clinic’s process’s, operations/procedures including, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies to suggest & implement improvements in conjunction with team members

  • Travel will be required for hands on trainings when certification requires, ex Balance level II (paid for/ reimbursed)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
  • State license to practice and any additional requirements by the state
  • Completion of Level One Balance Re-trainer Certification (6 CEUs), before start date (Paid for and provided by FYZICAL)

  • Completion of Level Two Balance Re-trainer Certification (15 CEUs), within the first 3 months of hire date

  • Within 18 months, enrollment in and substantial progress towards Level Three Balance Re-trainer Certification. (15 CEUs).

  • Understand and embrace FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers’s mission statement, values statement, and professional description.
