FYZICAL South Cumming is adding a licensed Physical Therapist to help meet increasing patient demand. We are looking for a patient-centered, empathetic clinician who values teamwork, strong communication, and high-quality care. This role includes both evaluations and follow-up treatment in a collaborative outpatient setting.
This position begins part-time (10–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to expand to full-time as volume continues to grow.

Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services
• Manage an active caseload including both evaluations and follow-up visits
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and compliant manner
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, referral sources, and team members
• Collaborate with administrative staff to support scheduling and patient flow
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented, patient-centered clinic culture
• Adapt to evolving clinic needs in a growing practice environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or degree from an accredited program
• Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills
• Ability to independently manage both evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
