  • Patient Evaluation & Treatment

    • Perform comprehensive evaluations of new patients, including assessment of strength, mobility, balance, motor function, sensory function, functional capacity, and other relevant clinical measures.
    • Develop an appropriate physical therapy diagnosis and identify how the patient’s condition impacts mobility, function, participation, and daily activities.
    • Create and implement individualized plans of care based on evaluation findings, patient goals, clinical judgment, and applicable physician referrals or medical information.
    • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, functional activities, manual therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, patient education, physical agents/modalities, and other appropriate interventions within the PT scope of practice.
    • Continually assess patient response and progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
