Responsibilities

  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to increase patient referral volume and strengthen positive perceptions of FYZICAL among both internal and external referral sources

  • Develop, implement, and execute targeted outreach, relationship-building, and marketing plans to consistently meet and exceed growth goals

  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume territory using excellent time management, organization, and communication skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Analyze referral data and performance metrics, including daily review of DMR reports, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and new referral relationships

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, communications, healthcare outreach, or business development; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

  • Valid driver’s license required, with the ability to travel daily within an assigned territory

  • Reliable personal vehicle required (with mileage reimbursement provided)
