Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new-patient evaluations and examinations.
- Diagnose patients’ conditions and assess physical activity limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and timelines.
- Implement PT interventions and exercises, tracking patient progress.
- Educate patients on techniques for continued care at home.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans.
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
- A genuine passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues.
- Strong skills in carrying out and progressing skilled treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.
- (Preferred) One year of experience in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic setting, or previous vestibular rehabilitation experience.
- Completion of FYZICAL’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum before your first day.
