Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the calendar to optimize therapists’ time.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing processes, including collecting co-pays, processing insurance claims, and following up on outstanding balances.
