Responsibilities

  • Review and certify rehabilitative services billing/authorizations
  • Verify all data, unit charges, billing elements and authorization for rehabilitative services
  • Process and maintain all files, medical records and insurance 

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in a physical therapy clinic is highly desirable.
  • Experience with verification of benefits, authorizations and billing knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Physician Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between our clinic and local physicians, specialists, and healthcare facilities.
