Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive new patient evaluations

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals

  • Deliver evidence-based PT interventions and therapeutic exercises

  • Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness

  • Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation

  • Develop effective home exercise programs

  • Communicate with referring providers to ensure continuity of care

  • Stay current with continuing education requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license

  • Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

  • Schedule patient appointments, evaluations, re-evaluations, and follow-ups

  • Manage multi-line phone system and appointment reminders/cancellations

  • Collect new patient intake information and maintain accurate records

  • Verify insurance benefits, track authorized visits, and collect copayments

  • Communicate with physicians, patients, clinicians, and billing companies

  • Send, receive, and log reports and documentation (fax/email/mail)

Skills & Qualifications

Required:
