Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical, mental, or developmental challenges.
- Work closely with patients and their families to improve skills for daily living and enhance overall quality of life.
- Develop and modify treatment techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each patient.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy License in North Carolina.
- Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with diverse populations and commitment to improving patient care.
