Why You’ll Love This Job
PTAs deserve better than being treated like productivity machines.
At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Mentor, Ohio, we built our clinic around 1-on-1 patient care, realistic scheduling, strong PT/PTA collaboration, and AI-assisted documentation designed to reduce burnout — not create more of it.
We believe great patient care starts by actually supporting the clinicians providing it.
What Makes This Position Different
True 1-on-1 Care
No juggling multiple patients at once. No “patient mill” environment. You’ll have the time and support to provide quality care and actually connect with your patients.
AI-Assisted Documentation
We utilize advanced AI documentation tools to dramatically reduce paperwork burden and help you spend more time treating — and less time typing notes after work.
PT-Owned & Clinician-Led
This clinic is owned and operated by clinicians who understand the realities of modern healthcare. We value PTAs and believe strong PT/PTA collaboration creates the best patient outcomes.
Specialized Caseload
Work alongside experienced clinicians treating:
- Vestibular and balance disorders
- Neurological conditions
- Orthopedic injuries
- Post-concussion patients
- Fall prevention and gait disorders
This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who wants to continue growing clinically instead of feeling stuck in repetitive high-volume care.
Competitive Compensation
We do not currently offer traditional benefits packages. Instead, we focus on offering higher compensation to help offset that difference while maintaining a supportive and sustainable work environment.
