About the Role
We seek a full-time, salaried Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises, and utilize various techniques to promote healing and improve function. Responsibilities

  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized patient treatment plans.

  • Instruct and motivate patients in performing therapeutic exercises and functional activities.

  • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.

  • Utilize various modalities and equipment to aid in patient rehabilitation.

  • Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises to facilitate continued progress.

  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
