What You’ll Do:
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help execute individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients during therapeutic activities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
- Support patient education and continuation of care at home
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Texas PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in vestibular and balance therapy
- Prefer 1+ year of outpatient experience, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we offer mentorship and hands-on clinical training
