Responsibilities

Support physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients

Ensure patients are seen promptly and clinic flow runs efficiently with no backlogs

Provide supervised assistance to patients during treatments and exercise sessions

Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each session

Assist therapists in setting up patients for modalities and exercise programs (under supervision)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic and gym environment

Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach as needed

Support administrative and office functions as assigned

Perform laundry and general housekeeping duties to uphold clinic standards
Skills & Qualifications
Required skills & qualifications:
- H.S. graduate or GED
- Great communication/interpersonal skills
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience working in a outpatient physical therapy clinic
- Working toward a PT or PTA degree
- Knowledgeable of medical language
- Physical Therapy Technician/Aide Certification (PTTC) is preferred
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
