Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our new clinic
- Manage and mentor our talented team of physical therapists, assistants, and support staff
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the clinic manager on strategic planning and business development
- Champion FYZICAL’s comprehensive treatment approach focused on whole-body wellness
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a physical therapist
- Advanced clinical expertise in orthopedics, balance/vestibular rehabilitation or neurological rehabilitation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- A drive to continuously improve clinical outcomes and the patient experience
