Responsibilities

  • Patient Care & Treatment Support: Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized therapy plans.
  • Patient Education: Guide patients on exercises, body mechanics, and home exercise programs.
  • Documentation & EMR Management: Accurately document patient progress for continuity of care.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work alongside therapists, patients, and clinic staff for optimal outcomes.
  • Clinic Operations Support: Prepare treatment areas, maintain equipment, and ensure a seamless therapy experience.
  • Uphold Ethical & Professional Standards: Maintain confidentiality, respect patient rights, and deliver compassionate care.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current Virginia PTA License (REQUIRED)
  • Graduate of an Accredited PTA Program
  • Passionate About Helping Patients Reach Their Goals
  • Self-Motivated & Detail-Oriented Professional
  • Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Lift 50 lbs & Perform Varied Physical Activities
