The Client Care Specialist is the first and last person our amazing clients see when they enter and leave our cutting-edge facility, your role as Client Care Specialist is central to our daily operations. Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle client scheduling, communication, follow up calls, and answer any questions from potential or current clients
  • Gather and maintain client data; keep track of all client referrals
  • Collect all payments; insurance verification
  • Communicate with physical therapists about scheduling, patient arrivals, and patient needs
  • Keep a log of all reports sent to and from doctors
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the clinic including but not limited to opening and closing the clinic, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining a professional appearance throughout the clinic
  • Ensure patient satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
