As Clinical Director, you will be the lead clinician, delivering exceptional care across both balance/vestibular therapy and best-in-class orthopedic physical therapy. You’ll play a central role in launching and growing our Bedford clinic in early 2025, guiding a team of dedicated clinicians toward next-level outcomes, supported by advanced technology and tools to keep your skills and our practice at the forefront of patient care. Responsibilities

• Oversee clinicians and support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Deliver exceptional, hands-on patient care, specializing in both balance/vestibular therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Play an active role in recruiting, mentoring, and supervising clinical staff to build and maintain a high-performing team, ensuring a manageable caseload that supports clinician and patient well-being.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of patient evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, adhering to internal policies and quality standards.
• Foster a welcoming, positive environment, building strong relationships within the Bedford community and advocating for patient care across all ages.
• Engage in continuous professional development through FYZICAL’s proprietary training, tools, and resources, advancing both clinical skills and leadership.
• Collaborate with the clinic owner to devise and execute strategies for clinic growth, community engagement, and expanded outreach efforts.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Current PT license in Massachusetts and in good standing. (MPT or DPT).
• 4+ years of experience in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center.
• Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations.
• Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with curiosity about the business side of physical therapy.
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams, with a desire to contribute to strategic clinic growth.
• Enthusiastic about learning and working with cutting-edge balance therapy tools (e.g., safety overhead support system, infrared goggles), and committed to continuing education in balance therapy.
• Empathetic and able to connect with patients across all ages and conditions.
