Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do:

    Leadership and Management:

    • Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement clinic goals, operational procedures, and financial strategies.
    • Mentor and develop a team of therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
    • Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize clinic operations and revenue.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.

  • Patient Care:

    • Provide exceptional one-on-one care, empowering patients to achieve their  "Love Your Life®" goals.
    • Develop and administer individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and physician orders.
    • Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain long-term health and wellness.

  • Marketing and Community Engagement:

    • Deliver outstanding patient care that consistently earns 5-star reviews.
    • Develop relationships with referral partners and promote the unique benefits of FYZICAL Therapy.
    • Lead educational workshops and presentations to engage with the community.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited school.
  • Current Pennsylvania physical therapy license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with outpatient experience preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred.
  • Interest in providing orthopedic and vestibular therapy (pelvic floor experience is a plus!).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for learning and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
