The Client Care Specialist is the first and last person clients see when they enter, making this role critical for daily operations. Ideally, the Client Care Specialist is bilingual in Spanish and English.

The responsibilities include:
Gather patient data, schedule appointments, insurance verifications, track patient referrals, coordinate evaluations and reevaluations, and process cancellations and no show requests.
Build and maintain a log of all reports sent to doctors
Collect all payments, complete insurance authorization, and follow up on insurance verification
Send benefits paperwork to billing companies
Fax reports to physicians
Communicate with the office manager and clinicians about scheduling and patient arrival
Required skills:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school graduate or GED equivalent
Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity, and empathy toward people that are in pain
Great demeanor, strong integrity, and compassion
