Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately.
• Review referrals and ensure patients are scheduled with the appropriate provider.
• Collect copayments and patient balances.
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in the EMR.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily front-office operations.
• Coordinate with virtual administrative staff to ensure smooth patient care.

• Experience in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or outpatient rehabilitation.
