The Role

Client Care Specialist

    2. Conduct confirmation calls to prepare and inform patients about their visits.

    3. Utilize the Prompt Dashboard to minimize patient care disruptions.

    4. Deliver a seamless check-in and check-out process.

    5. Address patient concerns quickly and effectively.

    6. Assist in setups for advanced therapeutic technologies.
