FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Cumming, GA is seeking a motivated Physician Liaison to join our growing team. This full-time, in-office position plays a key role in driving new patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and community partners.

As a Physician Liaison, you’ll serve as the bridge between FYZICAL and the local medical community—educating providers about our services, strengthening referral relationships, and supporting overall clinic growth. This role combines sales, marketing, and relationship management in a mission-driven healthcare environment where your work directly impacts patients’ lives.

This is a salaried role ($50,000–$60,000 DOE) with monthly performance bonuses and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical offices, and referral sources.

• Execute outreach and marketing plans to achieve monthly referral targets.

• Represent FYZICAL at community and professional events to promote clinic services.

• Conduct regular visits, calls, and follow-ups with providers and staff.

• Analyze referral data and adjust outreach strategies to drive growth.

• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure a seamless referral experience for patients.

• Use CRM and tracking tools to record outreach activity and performance metrics.

• Provide weekly updates on referral trends and outreach efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• 1–3 years of experience in physician relations, healthcare outreach, or sales preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the clinic

• Proficient with CRM or tracking tools for managing outreach activity

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
