Responsibilities

  • Skilled at handling incoming phone calls and talking on the phone
  • Strong communication skills required across all technologies- e-mail, text, phone and in-person
  • Comfortable with computers, ability to handle uploading and downloading files as well as navigating email and our electronic medical records system
  • Not afraid to ask patients for their co-pays or collect money owed
  • Able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management

  • H.S. grad or equivalent
