Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be able to read, write and type fluently and have excellent customer service and organization skills. 
  • Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point
  • Candidate must be willing to work as a rehab technician when needed and perform overall office management duties, including cleaning the office equipment, office and bathrooms.
  • Candidate must have social media knowledge including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Candidate must have an energetic, friendly personality with the ability to build relationships with the client base. 

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or related experience required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of medical software and scheduling systems and basic office equipment.
  • Must be a self-starter and fast learner to learn new equipment, software and tools within the clinic with limited direction.
