FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our Ballantyne clinic. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Schedule patient appointments, evaluations, re-evaluations, and follow-ups
Manage multi-line phone system and appointment reminders/cancellations
Collect new patient intake information and maintain accurate records
Verify insurance benefits, track authorized visits, and collect copayments
Communicate with physicians, patients, clinicians, and billing companies
Send, receive, and log reports and documentation (fax/email/mail)
Process payments and maintain basic financial records
Coordinate daily schedules and patient flow with clinicians and office manager
Required:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and willingness to learn
Comfortable using technology and office software
Preferred:
1–2 years of administrative or front-desk experience in a medical or physical therapy office
Knowledge of health insurance, insurance verification, pre-authorizations
Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD codes
Additional Info:
Previous experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
