Responsibilities

• • Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Develop and progress individualized plans of care.
  • Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and continuation of care.
  • Complete accurate documentation on time.
  • Coordinate care with the clinic team and referral sources.
  • Maintain professional and licensure standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• • Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain it.
  • DPT or degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • Strong patient-care and professional communication skills.
  • Reliable documentation and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinic team.
