PAY: FULL TIME $80,000-90,000 per year/ PART TIME $40-$50 per hour, based on experience

EXPECTED HOURS: 10–40 per week (Flexible)(Part Time or Full Time)

LOCATION: In person, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Rockrimmon

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program with active state licensure

THE “WHY” MATTERS

Our owner, Lindsey, was introduced to the world of physical therapy after her daughter, Lynna, was diagnosed at six weeks old with a rare deafblind syndrome. After hundreds of therapy sessions, Lynna walked at age four and continues PT today.

SUMMARY OF REAL WORK DUTIES

Plans and administers medically prescribed pelvic floor physical therapy for patients experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy- and postpartum-related conditions, pelvic organ prolapse, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, and other pelvic health concerns — restoring function, confidence, and quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (BESIDES CHANGING LIVES)

• Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations in a safe, trauma-informed environment

• Create individualized, evidence-based pelvic health treatment plans

• Treat a wide range of pelvic conditions including prenatal/postpartum, men’s and women’s pelvic health, pelvic pain, and core dysfunction

• Collaborate with our legendary CCO, Scott (yes, that Scott), and an exceptional clinical team

• Educate, empower, and support patients through meaningful home programs

• Document clearly and efficiently (because great care deserves great notes)

• Stay curious, keep learning, and share your pelvic health expertise with the team

• Practice in a clinic that takes pelvic health seriously — but never itself too seriously

Skills & Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Up-to-date state PT license (compact accepted if valid in CO)
• Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
• Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in CO
• Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
