Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) part-time (between 20-30 hours)
Starting at $25.00/hour
  • Outpatient physical therapy clinic looking for PTA interested in working with ambulatory patients and using their expertise to problem-solve treatments for a variety of impairments.
  • Opportunity to be mentored by an experienced therapist who loves to share knowledge and skills.
  • Flexible hours. We are open M-Th from 8AM-5:40PM and Friday from 8AM-3PM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management
  • Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by Physical Therapist
  • Keep Physical Therapist up-to-date on changes in patient progress
  • Help document, measure, and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
  • Up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license
