FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers - West Denver is a privately owned outpatient PT practice with 7 different locations (6 of which are located in recreation centers) serving the metro suburbs of Denver for over 19 years.

At FYZICAL, we pride ourselves on creating an optimal work environment that prevents therapist burnout and provides ultimate job satisfaction. We are able to accomplish this by providing one on one patient care with no use of extenders and allow for 45 minutes of patient care at every visit.  Structuring our practice in this model has proven to provide the utmost in quality care while facilitating the promotion of wellness for all the individuals you would treat as you work side-by-side with expert PTs . Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic PTA with excellent interpersonal skills who is looking to work within a practice that aims to provide optimal work/life balance and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Help the PT in all aspects of patient care
  • Under the guidance of the PT, perform therapy techniques/exercises
  • Measure and track patient progress, informing PT of all changes
  • Provide patients with needed continued care information
  • Assist the Physical Therapist in patient handling, treatment, and management
  • Carry out techniques and exercises prescribed by Physical Therapist

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited)
  • Up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prefer 2+ years of experience, but will consider new graduates with exceptional potential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Manual Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Vestibular care a major plus
