Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Perform prescribed therapy techniques and exercises under the direct supervision and guidance of the Physical Therapist.

    • Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns promptly to the Physical Therapist.

    • Help assess the effectiveness of interventions and contribute to the ongoing adjustment of treatment plans.

    • Provide patients with clear instructions and education regarding continued care and home exercise programs.

    • Support patient safety and comfort during all therapy sessions.

    • Foster positive patient interactions, promoting motivation and adherence to treatment plans.

    • Assist the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care, including handling, treatment, and ongoing management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
