Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care. You will help patients with exercises and activities, monitor their progress, and document their treatment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct new patient evaluations
- Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
- Administer PT intervention techniques and exercises
- Educate patients on ongoing care techniques
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Diagnose impairments and their impact on daily activities
- Prescribe and monitor intervention effectiveness
- Create effective home exercise programs
- Foster communication with referring providers
- Fulfill continuing education requirements

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Passion for working with diverse patient populations
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and independence
- Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans
- Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license
- Spanish proficiency is advantageous Apply Now
