VIEW Physical Therapist Assistant careersFYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chapel Hill is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who wants to practice patient-centered, one-on-one care with genuine clinical autonomy in an owner-led outpatient clinic.
Our clinic is intentionally designed around listening to patients, treating them one-on-one, and celebrating meaningful outcomes—not volume, checklists, or rigid protocols. Clinicians here are trusted to think critically, adapt treatment plans, and practice at the top of their license. In return, we expect professionalism, accountability, and ownership of patient outcomes.
If you prefer high-volume, protocol-driven clinics, this is not the right role.
