Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a focus on sports injury rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using innovative and evidence-based techniques.
  • Maintain an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for patient outcomes and clinic success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, sports teams, and other healthcare providers.
  • Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our diverse patient population.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy and sports medicine.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in treating sports injuries and orthopedic conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ownership-minded with a proactive approach to patient care and clinic operations.
  • Open to innovative treatment options and continuous learning.
