Training & Education: 

At FYZICAL, we are committed to your professional success, providing the education, tools & support you'll need to deliver excellent patient care. As our science grows, the need for increased knowledge has to be supported by new technology & training. Fyzical provides initial and ongoing certifications in balance and vestibular therapy as well as orthopedics & pelvic health. Studies are done virtually & in person or through our “Fyzical College”.

PT school does a great job at teaching the clinical side but lacks in business education. Here with FYZICAL we invest in our people heavily, you will receive training in areas such as business development, marketing, leadership and operations.

Compensation:

  • Compensated $90,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience level & specializations

  • 1:1 care model 

  • Performance bonuses & profit share program

  • Health insurance plan (Vision & Dental to be included)

  • Full time PTO - 7 paid federal holidays- 10 working days ( Increased accrual with tenure)

Responsibilities

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Skills & Qualifications

  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Up-to-date state PT license
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
  • Must be passionate about health & wellness
