About the Regional Administrative Assistant Job
FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is currently seeking a REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT to join our team at our Peyton, CO location.
This leadership position is a key member of the client relationship team. The Regional Administrator Support (RAS) will mentor and provide leadership to less experienced team members through subject-matter expertise and provide training when needed. The RAS will identify process improvements and lead related projects or improvements as a result.

This position will be responsible for the supervision of all Medical Front Desk/Client Care Specialists at each location; for a weekly travel plan which will be coordinated for maximum effectiveness; for quality assurance audits for each office and for monitoring the referral management module at each location.

• Supervision of the Medical Front Desk/Client Care Specialists at each location.
• Performs quality assurance audits for each office.
• Travels to locations to provide training, support and back-up.
• Communicates and implements updates, changes and any or all new policies and procedures.
• Compiles and analyzes data and statistics, reporting as requested by management staff.
• Be available to the billing department to assist with billing and insurance issues as they arise.
• Must cover Medical Front Desk/Client Care Specialists scheduled work positions in the event of call-offs, vacations or emergencies.

• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, available throughout each workday via email and phone
• Experience and comfort with utilizing a variety of computer applications including, but not limited to Email, Excel and patient scheduling system
• Ability to multitask and be flexible--comfort in jumping back and forth between meetings, calls, analyzing client's needs, working with internal staff to resolve issues and handling accordingly
• Ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor with clients, insurance companies and co-workers
• Candidate must be experienced and comfortable with computers, typing and scheduling programs
• Strong management skills
