  • You will have a variety of caseload treating a vast variety of clients from peds to adults and geriatrics and will be supported by the entire staff clinical and administrative.
  • We will provide you with CEUs and help you gain certification in vestibular assessment and treatment along with microcurrent treatments and will mentor you if a hand specialty is your desire. We provide CEUs up to 2-3 courses per year.
  • We provide paid time off on a yearly basis and 7 paid holidays to full time employees.

Responsibilities

  • Help the OT in all aspects of patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address clients’ occupational therapy goals.

  • Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.

  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice and comply with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) issued by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Valid licensure as a COTA in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
