Your role:

As our Clinical Director, you’ll be more than just a treating clinician – you’ll be the driving force behind the growth, culture, and success of FYZICAL Framingham. In this role, you will:

Clinical Excellence

  • Deliver one-on-one patient care with a focus on vestibular, balance, orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized care plans that empower patients to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Utilize state-of-the-art technology (overhead safety system, infrared goggles, VR) to deliver evidence-based treatment in a safe and innovative way
  • Provide patient and family education, ensuring that recovery extends beyond the clinic and into daily life

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing clinical team of PTs, PTAs, and students
  • Serve as the clinical and cultural leader – setting expectations for client care, collaboration, and excellence

Our ideal candidate:

  • Licensed PT in Massachusetts (in good standing)
  • 4+ years’ experience in outpatient physical therapy (experience with vestibular/balance is preferred, but not required)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions
  • Self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to learn (interest in developing expertise in pelvic health PT is strongly valued)
