The CCS is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, processing payments, and maintaining accurate patient records—all while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a caring, professional demeanor in every interaction.

This is a non-exempt hourly position ($18.50–$23.00/hour DOE) with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, referral sources, and visitors in person and over the phone.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s EMR system.

  • Gather intake information and ensure accuracy in patient records.

  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as required.
