Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Experience:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Schedule appointments, handle incoming & outgoing calls
- Coordinate activities of third-party billing companies
- Input and update new patient data into our system
- Track and manage all referrals to ensure proper follow-up and conversion
- Act as a key liaison between patients and clinical staff — delivering clear, compassionate communication
- Support patient flow and clinic organization in a fast-paced setting
Marketing & Community Outreach:
- Analyze referral data and support targeted marketing efforts
- Develop and implement outreach plans to build relationships with local physicians and businesses
- Represent FYZICAL in the community and at events within a 5-mile radius
- Collaborate with provider offices, behavioral health partners, and care coordinators
- Help execute lead tracking and campaign performance monitoring
Skills & Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and CRM-like tools
- Able to manage both clinical front desk responsibilities and community outreach efforts
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain
- Up-to-date DL and a dependable vehicle
- Excellent at handling details, communicating and multitasking
