We are seeking a Medical Receptionist / Rehab Technician whose primary role will focus on front office operations and patient coordination, with opportunities to assist clinicians in the treatment area as needed. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure in a world-class physical therapy environment while developing professional administrative skills.
Responsibilities
As the first and last person patients see, you are central to the patient experience.

Greet and check in/check out patients

Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient intake

Answer phones and schedule appointments

Manage patient records and documentation

Collect payments and explain financial policies

Maintain daily schedule flow and coordinate with clinicians

Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality
When clinic flow allows, you may assist in the treatment area:

Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment

Assist therapists with exercise setup and patient flow

Guide patients through prescribed exercises (under PT supervision)

Monitor patient safety during therapeutic activities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym

Skills & Qualifications
Required skills & qualifications:
- H.S. graduate or GED
- Great communication/interpersonal skills
- Medical Scheduling experience required
- Insurance benefits experience required.
Preferred but not required:
- Working toward a physical therapy or AT degree
- Knowledgeable of medical language
