Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a critical role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional first impression over the phone and in person.
- Scheduling new patient evaluations, managing reminders, and handling reschedules or cancellations.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and communicating plan fees and payment options.
- Maintaining patient records with accuracy, including intake information and insurance details in our EMR system.
- Collaborating daily with our sister clinics to ensure consistent, top-tier service.
- Managing front office duties like answering calls, handling mail, and other essential administrative tasks.
- Traveling to our sister clinic when coverage is needed.
