Responsibilities

  • Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients
  • Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Educate the patient on continuing care

Skills & Qualifications

  • Accredited PT program graduate
  • Up-to-date state PT license
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment 
  • Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
  • 2+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience  
  • Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in GA
  • Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population
  • Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience

The first voice on the phone is often the most important part of a patient’s care.

Responsibilities

You will set the tone for every patient’s experience – from the first phone call to the moment they walk back out the door. The work is part operations, part hospitality, and part advocacy. Day to day, you’ll:

  • Own patient records and scheduling inside our state-of-the-art physical therapy EMR — the system that keeps every patient’s care moving smoothly
  • Coordinate benefits verification with our billing partner and translate the results into plain, reassuring language so patients know exactly what to expect financially — no surprises, no confusion
  • Check in with patients between sessions, especially those navigating emotional or motivational hurdles, to keep them engaged in their therapy journey and rooting for their own progress
  • Champion the clinic in every conversation with referrers, prospective patients, and the community so the people who need us most actually find us
  • Orchestrate the daily schedule with care, balancing patient needs and therapist capacity so the calendar runs like clockwork without ever feeling rushed
  • Handle post-session payments and patient financials with accuracy, discretion, and the kind of warmth that turns a billing conversation into a trust-building moment
  • Lead wellness check-ins with a compassionate, human-first approach, listening for how patients are really doing, not just whether their appointment was on time

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Great communicator and multitasker, detail-oriented
