We are seeking a bright, dependable, and patient-focused team member for a unique hybrid role that combines front desk patient coordination with hands-on rehab tech support in a modern, technology-driven physical therapy clinic.

This position is ideal for someone who already understands the pace and expectations of a rehab or medical clinic and enjoys both the administrative side of patient care and the clinical support side of rehabilitation.

In this role, you will split your time between:

  • Patient Care Specialist/front desk responsibilities such as scheduling patients, helping coordinate clinic flow, requesting insurance verification information, and delivering an excellent patient experience
  • Rehab Technician responsibilities such as preparing treatment areas, assisting therapists, and setting up advanced rehab technologies including Neufit Neubie and Winback 4

Responsibilities

  • Help physical therapist provide care to patients
  • Ensure clients are being seen in a timely manner with no backlogs
  • Provide supervised assistance to patients
  • Sanitize rooms after each client
  • Some admin and office tasks
  • Assist the therapist in administering patient care
  • Maintain a smooth flow of patients through the clinic and gym
  • With supervision, set up patients on modalities; assist with their exercise programs
  • Clean tables and equipment between patients
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform some laundry duties
  • Schedule patient appointments and support daily clinic flow
  • Request and collect insurance verification and intake information
  • Greet patients, answer phones, and assist with check-in/check-out
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain an organized clinical environment
  • Assist therapists by setting up equipment and therapy modalities
