At FYZICAL Bedford, you’ll join a new, clean, and bright outpatient clinic designed for individualized care. We prioritize 40-minute, one-on-one sessions, giving you the time and focus to deliver real impact. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient care across orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, and geriatric populations, with sessions that prioritize one-on-one attention
  • Incorporate advanced tools such as our overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, and Normatec Recovery to help patients safely achieve more in therapy
  • Document efficiently with Prompt EMR and AI-driven tools, freeing you to focus on patient care
  • Educate patients and families for long-term independence and fall prevention
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and staff to deliver excellent patient experiences
  • Participate in community outreach, including fall-prevention and wellness programs

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic and patient-centered

  • Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome

  • Passion for helping patients with balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk issues

Your role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at FYZICAL Framingham, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional care and growing your clinical expertise:

Clinical Care

  • Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy
  • Treat patients across a range of conditions, including vestibular, balance, orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehab
  • Use innovative tools such as infrared goggles and an overhead harness systems to enhance treatment outcomes
  • Provide education to patients and families to support long-term recovery and independence
  • Document care plans and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards

Professional Growth

  • Work closely with senior PTs and clinical leaders for mentorship and skill development
  • Build expertise in specialty areas such as vestibular rehab, balance therapy, and/or pelvic health through structured training and access to industry experts
  • Get exposure to innovative approaches and a broad scope of wellness services

Community Engagement

  • Represent FYZICAL Framingham at local health fairs, screenings, and educational workshops
  • Help expand awareness of PT’s role in wellness and fall prevention within the MetroWest community

Our ideal candidate:

  • Licensed PT in Massachusetts (or eligible)
  • Graduate (or soon to be) of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Passion for patient care and an eagerness to grow in vestibular and balance therapy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly valued, given the diverse local community
  • Familiarity with Prompt EMR a plus (training provided)
