Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and establish tailored treatment plans focusing on balance/vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Educate patients on intervention techniques, self-care, and home exercise programs to promote recovery.
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain detailed, timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and clinical team, contributing to an inclusive, patient-centered environment.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through FYZICAL’s proprietary training and advanced certification programs.
- Build positive relationships with patients and the community, advocating for wellness and preventive care.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and an active PT license in Massachusetts.
- 1+ years of experience in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic setting, with previous vestibular rehab experience preferred.
- Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans in an outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting.
- Self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new therapeutic approaches.
- Passion for treating vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient populations.
- Ability to work effectively and independently, delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment.
- Completion of FYZICAL’s Balance Level 1 online curriculum prior to your first day in the clinic.
